Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all our services. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during installation, or changes to the project scope requested by you.

Your acceptance of our quote constitutes a binding agreement. We require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

Project Timeline and Completion

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area during the project duration. This includes removing any obstacles, relocating vehicles, and ensuring our crew can safely access all necessary areas. You are responsible for marking underground utilities before work begins. We recommend contacting your local utility locator service at least 48 hours before your scheduled start date.

Permits and Regulations

While we can assist with permit applications, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your fence project complies with local building codes, HOA requirements, and property line regulations. We recommend verifying your property boundaries and checking with your homeowners association before beginning any fence project.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our installation services. Specific warranty terms vary by project type and materials used. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will discuss warranty details with you before work begins.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, misuse, modifications by others, or normal wear and tear.

Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit is required to schedule your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before materials are ordered may receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any administrative fees. Once materials are ordered or work has begun, cancellation fees will apply based on expenses already incurred.

Limitation of Liability

PrimeFence Delano Fencing carries appropriate insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, damage to landscaping that occurs during normal construction activities, or issues arising from inaccurate property information provided by you.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
